Complimentary shipping with tracking and insurance is available on all orders over $700.

All U.S. orders ship via UPS with full insurance.

Orders over $500 require a signature at delivery. You can make arrangements to skip the signature confirmation at your own risk HERE.

is FREE with pre-paid duties and taxes included.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Jewelry may be returned unworn within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, less the original shipping cost.

The return window begins on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days under any circumstances.

Returned pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and sent back in their original condition. 

There is a 20% restock fee on all returns. Exchanges will only cost you the additional shipping.

FINAL SALE

Made-to-order work is final sale.

This includes:

• Rings made in your size
• Special orders
• Any piece altered at your request

Once a piece has been resized, engraved, modified, or otherwise altered, it is also final sale. No refunds. No exchanges.

Made for you means removed from the ordinary market. It cannot simply be placed back in the Vault.

Questions about the return terms for a specific piece should be settled before purchase. Contact me by email and I will tell you if your purchase will be available for return.
