The heart charm measures just under 3/4's of an inch wide and 3/4's if an inch wide.
The bail is made large to fit over most chains, measuring 8mm's tall and 4m's wide.

A genuine vintage engine-turned gold heart charm from the mid 1950's, estate-sourced and already carrying a life before this one. At the center is Karen Yost’s intervention: a hand-sculpted baby head, soldered directly onto the heart and set with black diamond eyes.
The result is a one of a kind charm that feels pulled from a reliquary, a jewelry box, or some locked drawer nobody was supposed to open. A heart that belonged to someone else. A face that did not exist until Karen made it. Two black diamonds that watch.
This is not simply sentimental heart jewelry. It is significant jewelry. A devotion object with a past, a pulse, and absolutely no interest in being polite.
The vintage heart charm was sourced from an estate and cannot be replaced. The baby face was sculpted by hand for this exact piece. The black diamond eyes were set once, in this configuration, in NYC. This exact piece will not be remade.
